Highlights:
– Automatic fertilizer injection, saving labor and ensuring safety for users.
– Operates using the available pressure of the irrigation system
– Easy to install, operate, and maintain
– Distributes fertilizers and nutrients evenly to all areas within the irrigation range
– Applicable to all automatic irrigation systems
– Covers large areas in one operation, delivering nutrients directly to plant roots
Working principle:
The fertilizer injector operates based on vacuum suction created by pressure differences in the irrigation system.
Vacuum force is generated when water flows through a constricted point (venturi throat), after which the device gradually expands downstream (see illustration above).
Fertilizers, chemicals, or nutrients are drawn through the suction pipe and mixed into the irrigation water when there is a pressure difference between the upstream and downstream sides of the venturi.
